This Privacy Policy explains how Contagious Content LLC ("Contagious Content Media," "we," "us," or "our") handles information through Contagious Content Media Ads Reporting (the "Application"). The Application is a private business reporting tool available only to authorized users.

When an authorized user connects a Google account, the Application may receive basic account information needed for authentication, such as name, email address, and account identifiers.

Through the Google Ads API, the Application may access advertising account and reporting information authorized by the user, including customer and campaign identifiers, campaign settings, ad performance metrics, conversion data, costs, and related reporting dimensions.

We use information obtained through Google APIs only to provide and maintain internal advertising reports, analyze campaign performance, reconcile business results, troubleshoot the Application, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use Google user data for consumer advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google user data. Information is available only to authorized Contagious Content Media personnel and service providers that support hosting, security, or operation of the Application and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or systems.

5. Data storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access is restricted to personnel with a legitimate business need.

We retain information only as long as needed for internal reporting, operational, security, and legal purposes. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, subject to applicable backup and legal-retention requirements.

Authorized users can revoke the Application's access to their Google account through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access prevents future retrieval of data but may not automatically delete information previously obtained.

To request access to or deletion of information associated with your use of the Application, email privacy@contagiouscontentmedia.com. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.

The Application may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for authentication, security, and session management. We may also receive limited technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, access time, and diagnostic logs to secure and operate the Application.
