Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Contagious Content Media Ads Reporting (the "Application"), operated by Contagious Content LLC ("Contagious Content Media," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and access

The Application is a private business tool intended only for Contagious Content Media personnel and other users expressly authorized by us. You must use an approved account, provide accurate authentication information, and keep your credentials secure. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.

2. Purpose of the Application

The Application connects to authorized Google Ads accounts to retrieve, organize, and display advertising and campaign performance information for internal reporting and business analysis. It is not offered as a public consumer service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Application only for authorized business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, Google policies, and company requirements. You may not:

• Access accounts or data without permission;
• Share credentials or Application data with unauthorized persons;
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass Application security;
• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the Application; or
• Use the Application or its data for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.

4. Google services

Use of features that connect with Google is also subject to applicable Google terms and policies. Google services are provided by Google and may change or become unavailable independently of the Application. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect and access each Google Ads account used with the Application.

5. Confidentiality and data

Reports, account data, credentials, and other non-public information available through the Application are confidential. You must protect that information and may use it only for authorized Contagious Content Media business. Our handling of personal information and Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Application, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Contagious Content Media or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Application for its intended internal purpose and do not transfer ownership.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time. We do not guarantee that the Application or any report will always be available, complete, current, or error-free. Reporting data may be delayed, adjusted, or affected by third-party services.

8. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Reports are provided for internal informational purposes and should be independently reviewed before significant business decisions are made.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contagious Content Media and its owners, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

10. Termination

Your right to use the Application ends when your authorization is withdrawn, your relationship with Contagious Content Media ends, or we terminate access. Provisions concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Contagious Content LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
