9. Google Ads Reporting Application and Google User Data
Contagious Content Media operates a private internal application, Contagious Content Media Ads Reporting (the "Application"), that authorized members of our team use to review Google Ads performance. This section explains how the Application accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. More detail is available on the Application's own page and in its Application privacy policy.
Data we access. When an authorized user signs in with Google and grants permission, the Application receives basic account information needed for authentication (name, email address and account identifiers). Through the Google Ads API it accesses the advertising account and reporting information that user has authorized, including customer and campaign identifiers, campaign settings, ad performance metrics, conversion data, costs and related reporting dimensions.
How we use it. We use Google user data only to provide and maintain internal advertising reports, analyze campaign performance, reconcile business results, troubleshoot the Application, keep it secure and meet legal obligations. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to these reports.
Google API Services disclosure. The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade Google user data. It is available only to authorized Contagious Content Media personnel and to service providers that host or secure the Application under confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We may disclose information when required by law.
Storage, security and retention. We protect this data with reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards and restrict access to personnel with a business need.
